Alexander as that was his request while he had his sanity. What I'd like to know is where are the other characters? I saved Grace Holloway and Stanley Poole, but killed Dr. She reflected on Utopia while in the presence of the little sisters that were saved (I adoted/rescued every one). Didn't kill any splicer inmates either.

I just finished the game and got the ending where Eleanor saved Sophia, and once at the surface I was poked with that giant needle of Eleanor and put to rest. I view Mass Effect 2 having more in common with the upcoming Heavy Rain than with BioShock 2. These peripheral events often have an unclear or no connection to his main quest. Shepard is trying to complete a mission while also getting involved in a lot of peripheral events. Practically, all of Rapture is gunning for you. The choices in Bioshock are more limited because Delta is on a very linear quest with very few grey areas. They are two different games in structure and pacing. I don't think BioShock 2 does moral choice better than Mass Effect 2.

I feel satisfied thinking that in my ending the Eleanor character can find some peace on the surface. Actually, I read that the radio chatter between Eleanor and you is a little different in the final 25% of the game if you don't save the Little Sisters. I hear they are similar only Eleanor leaves the ordeal cynical and vengeful.

I'll have to go to Youtube to see the bad endings. That surprised me but it was good to see. Yeah, Eleanor saved Sofia in my ending as well. Also, why did they do the 'We are going to give you the same ending but in a different tone." thing again for the evil endings? I will probably play through again to see how the rest of the endgame plays out as it must be dramatically different if it doesn't involve gathering Little Sisters. The evil endings were, I thought, better than Bioshock 1's. Even more so when that character has a strong enough connection to the MC that you actually shape them as a whole. All those difficult conundrums throughout the game resulted in direct and visible impact on a character within the world. In a way, Bioshock 2 does moral choice even better than games like Mass Effect. When I saw her spare her drowing mother based upon my actions in the game, that really hit home. It is also the only one, at least from what I can tell, in which Eleanor spares Sophia so that is pretty cool. The pure good ending, the one I got, I still think is the best of the four. The not saving the Sisters good ending, at least that's what I will assume it is, really fucking sucks. I assume that the endings are based upon whether you saved or killed the Sisters and if you saved or killed the three other characters. So I just saw the other endings for the first time. The high point of the ending - I found really touching - was how Eleanor mentions that Delta will now be on "her shoulders" from now on and will be her conscience in this new world. I imagine that even if the early prototype Big Daddies weren't fused to their suits like the later models, that the transformation changed Delta in an irreversible way. With Eleanor safe, Delta can die in peace unlike his first violent death at the hands of Sofia. She had been abused by everyone that should have cared for her - her mother, the authorities, the community - and called out to the only person that ever did. After some thought, it makes sense that he dies at the end, since BioShock 2 is really Eleanor's story. I was hoping for a 100% Happy Ending - Delta was just as much a victim as anyone - stumbling upon Rapture, being thrown in jail, and then being changed into a Big Daddy. At first, I was disappointed that Delta immediately died after the ascent. Basically, as in the first game, the innocents, that never bought into any of the ideological schools at war within Rapture, make it to the surface. I didn't see the bad ending yet - cause I'm a ME2 paradigm type of gamer - but I liked the good ending.
